Bill True was our agent. We were casually looking in 2018-19, and didn't have an agent yet. We went to a few showings without any rep, and observed the way Bill interacted with his clients. When we got more serious (in 2022), we selected him to help us find our Island home based on what we'd seen: he knew the island. He knew the areas of the island that would rent well, what would rent well but would have higher POAs or other fees, and also what would not allow short-term rentals. Once we started looking at properties with Bill, he did not disappoint! In fact, his knowledge of Island ordinances, insurance requirements, rental potential and rental property management companies was just what we needed. He helped us find the perfect place that would meet our short-term rental investment needs for now, and ultimately become our second home on the beach!
